Site map, mock-ups and art direction. You approve the design before a single line of code is written.

Development, content, technical SEO and testing on mobile, tablet and desktop. You follow progress throughout.

Go-live, training, 30 days of free fixes, then an optional monthly care plan.

A well-prepared redesign keeps most of your rankings. We list your existing pages, redirect every old URL to its new address and check indexing in Google Search Console after launch.
With a professional hosting provider, chosen for your site's technology and named in your quote. For a Shopify store, Shopify hosts it: you pay Shopify directly, and the care plan covers your domain name, theme and app updates and the monthly hour of changes.
Content changes and minor tweaks: a text, a photo, opening hours, a link. Unused time doesn't roll over. A new page or feature is quoted separately.
Cancel online or by email, with no fees and no reason needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month if we receive it at least 15 days before, otherwise at the end of the following month; your site stays online until then. We then give you a full copy of your site and the domain transfer code, so you can move to any host you like.
Yes. Once the build is paid for, the site and its content are yours, and the domain name is registered in your name from day one. The care plan is a service, not a rental: you can leave whenever you want, with everything that's yours.
No. You can host the site yourself: we hand it over ready to run. The care plan is for those who'd rather not deal with it.
The care plan covers sites we have built or rebuilt: we know every line of them, which is how we keep the price this low. For an existing site, we start with a free call and tell you honestly whether it's worth rebuilding.
