Payment

Two-step payment: 40% on order, 60% at launch. Instalments available. Monthly Suivi care plan, no lock-in, cancel online at any time (effective at the end of the month if received at least 15 days before, otherwise at the end of the following month).

Prices in euros. 20% French VAT applies to clients in France and to consumers in the EU; reverse charge for EU businesses with a VAT number; no VAT for clients outside the EU, subject to applicable rules.

Pricing questions.

Are the published prices final?

They are base prices for a standard scope. Your free quote sets the final price for your actual needs; no work starts without your written approval.

Are there hidden costs?

No. Only third-party services you choose (domain name, Shopify plan, licences, premium photos) are paid by you, and we tell you upfront.

Is hosting included?

It's part of the care plan (€49/month excl. VAT), along with the domain name, backups and updates. You can also host the site yourself: we hand it over ready to go.

Can I switch packages along the way?

Yes. If your needs change, we adjust the quote and you only pay the difference.
